Sifter Parts & Service (SPS) has been involved in the baking, snack food and food processing industries since our inception in 1988.

The CS-1 Sifter is a reliable and proven equipment with a long track record of success. Our most popular application requires a two-separation sifter with a capacity of up to 50,000 lbs (22,680 kilos) per hour. When you need more separations, we can offer you a 3 or 4 separation machine.

The CS-1 sifter has enjoyed great success in processing and sifting flour, sugar, corn gluten, corn meal, dried eggs, kelp, dried milk, baking mixes, rice, seeds and various other foodstuffs over the years.

The sanitary and simple design offers easy cleaning and maintenance for your staff and the sifter comes with BISSC verification and conforms to GMP guidelines. The easy screen changeout and low maintenance mean less downtime and more efficiency versus other equipment in the market today. You do not have to send the frames in or purchase expensive screening equipment in the event of a screen failure and you can easily swap screens when you need to change products.

If you need to sift small batches of ingredients or require testing, we offer the RS-1 portable reclaim sifter which can sift up to 600 lbs (270 kilos) per hour of material.
