Sifters are used in the processing of dry materials to separate particles of different sizes using agitation, specifically sized screens and a cleaning method. There are many styles of sifters but the most efficient for fine sifting is a gyratory motion. Screens must be precise to ensure an efficient and correct sizing of the particulates required for the process. Most sifters also employ a cleaning mechanism, such as cleaner balls, that bounce when the unit is in motion and dislodge any blocked particles from the sieve’s holes.
Our sifters are used in four locations with respect to any process.

It works by product passing through a desired screen mesh then out of a discharge spout. Any product that will not pass through the screen will work its way down to the bottom deck then out of the overs discharge spout.
The two separation sifter ranges from two screen decks up to seven. Screen decks are available with an inspection porthole window. The stabilizer assemblies have a one-piece knuckle which increases the lifespan of the assembly. Quick release assembly allows you to access the sifter decks & screens without any tools.
Recent improvements to the CS-1 sifter include:
FDA approved magnetic, metal detectable gaskets
Poly balls & cubes
The three separation set up uses two different mesh sizes to produce a fine, medium & coarse/oversized product. The four separation set up uses three different mesh sizes to provide a fine, medium, coarse & oversized product.

The RS-1 can be operated sitting on top of a heavy duty plastic container or 55 gal. drum, or using the optional adjustable rolling base. A variable force motor, counterweight, and oversized rubber vibration dampeners mean quiet operation. A custom RCN output dust chute allows easy changes between collection containers.
A framed screen, the overs spout with sliding shut-off door and two container shelves are included.
The RS-2 can be operated on top of a rolling base or mounted to a wall depending on your needs. A custom RCN output dust chute allows easy changes between containers while maintaining a clean working environment. The RS-2 ships with one screen, one dust chute and a rolling base. Optional items include a dust cover, wall mount and custom designed dust sleeves made to connect to your vessel of choice.

Round Vibratory Sifters use horizontal screens that are mounted over a backing wire to hold screen cleaners. The motor imparts a short back and forth linear and vertical motion to the screens.
They are an inexpensive option that is compact and ideal for spaces where a small inline unit is required. Each circular screener is custom assembled from our wide array of options, to match your requirements.
Vibrating Shaker screens are used in a wide range of applications including asphalt reclaiming, cement production and grain processing. They are rugged and can be sized to fit most feed rates. There are a number of options available that we can tailor to your needs.

Used to separate solids from liquids or segregate dry material into various sizes, our screens are made to ensure maximum screen life through efficient product performance. Shrouds made of all alloys, including stainless steel, mild steel, copper, etc, are strengthened by various inserted materials such as canvas, mesh, metal and urethane.
Years of research and testing means we know how to maximize screen tension with the perfect combination of shroud gauge and insert material. When required, we can provide other unique add-ons such as backing cloth, open end preparation (canvas, urethane, hemming) and reinforced bolt holes.
