The CS-1 Sifters Gyratory motion makes it the most efficient method to separate fine products in spice processing due to the constant contact with the screen mesh. Our sifters offer a gentler motion when compared to rotary and vibratory screens meaning your product does not get broken up during the process.
The ability to easily switch out screens means you can go from one product to another quickly. It also allows you to switch products or switch sizing as necessary when products require a different specification.

The CS-1 sifter has one of the smallest footprints for its capacity in the industry today. Screens for the CS-1 are NOT glued down to the insert frame. This means you can change screens quickly and easily.
